In this episode, I unpack the story of how I had to let go of my pride, my desire for control, and my perfectionist mentality to overcome an eating disorder and find food and fitness freedom. Listen to learn how Jesus redeemed my view of food and fitness and left me with a desire to treat my body as a temple for the Holy Spirit. 

Just like wealth, material goods, and social status on earth, our bodies are also temporary and will one day be redeemed in Heaven. God calls each of us to remember his promise of restoration - “and the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” (1 Peter 5:10)

When the world fails, Jesus redeems.
